We are proud to be Certified Extra Virgin. Seeing this seal demonstrates our commitment to making the highest grade olive oil possible. It confirms our olive oil is Extra Virgin se​nsory grade and it does not exceed limits set by standards in the industry. Our olive oil is pressed from fresh olives using only cold pressing (no heat or chemicals), resulting in low acidity, no sensory defects and rich flavor.
