Kosta Blend is the culmination of years spent growing our grove of Greek olive trees. Initially, our family harvested just enough olives to brine and eat ourselves. In 2020 we experimented with blends, and shared our creations with friends and family. Year by year, tree by tree, we perfected what is now the Kosta Blend.
Hand-picked each October during early harvest, these olives produce an oil that is delicate yet rich, with buttery, nutty, and savory notes. Naturally high in polyphenols while remaining smooth and approachable, Kosta Blend reflects both the rhythm of the seasons and the care we pour into every tree and bottle. This blend pairs well with a pinch of salt or a squeeze of lemon.
