Crafted in Modena, Italy, our Meyer Lemon Balsamic Vinegar is produced using traditional Italian methods with cask aged balsamic vinegar and natural Meyer Lemon flavors.

The grapes undergo a slow maturation in oak barrels, allowing the vinegar to develop into a beautifully dense balsamic. The method of blending, transferring the vinegar between a succession of high quality barrels of different sizes is a several year refinement process. Our vinegar has a bright lemon flavor with a touch of sweetness.

No added sugar. No artificial flavorings or thickening agents. May contain sulfites. Gluten free.

While some producers emphasize arbitrary aging claims, the true indicator of a premium balsamic is its density. With a density of 1.27, our Meyer Lemon vinegar offers remarkable body, depth, and complexity.

Our balsamic vinegar is well suited for marinades and vinaigrettes. With a balsamic that is as versatile as this, we recommend pairing it with Athanasiou extra virgin olive oil. It has a wonderful acidity that works well with seafood and Summer grilling.
